New guest forms must be filled out prior to your first booking

Cancellations and reschedules: please give me notice at least 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The option to reschedule yourself with my online booking is available 24 hours a day. In case of emergency, please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot make it to your appointment. I am very understanding and I do realize that life happens and we can't plan for everything!

In the case of a no-show, a 20% fee of the services booked will be applied to the card that was collected at the time of booking. I would love to be able to accommodate everyone's schedule and get everyone in who wants to be booked and I cannot do that unless I am able to prevent no-shows.

If you are 15 or more minutes late, it may result in the cancellation/rebooking of your appointment.

No refunds will be awarded for the services rendered, any adjustments will be made up to 7 days after your service. I want to ensure you are happy with the results you were given!

Payment is required at the time of services rendered.

Please understand that I cannot guarantee the end result or longevity of any services rendered if professional aftercare products are not being used after you leave the salon. These products ensure that you are keeping your hair as healthy as possible while keeping your hair looking amazing in the meantime.

Chemical release and consent forms must be on file before your first appointment is booked and must be updated yearly. This ensures that all information on file is up to date and accurate.
